How It Started
How Newcastle Rug Wash Began — Do It Properly, or Don't Do It at All
It started in Cardiff, with a family that fell in love with a craft — the satisfaction of taking a tired, stained or damaged rug and leaving it genuinely better than they found it.
The equipment has evolved. The team has grown. But the heart hasn't moved an inch. We still answer the phone ourselves, and we still treat every rug like it belongs to someone we know — because in the Hunter, neighbours look after each other.
