What if I'm not satisfied with the results?+
Simply contact us within 7 days of the service. We'll discuss the issue and arrange a return visit to remedy the problem at no additional cost.
Are there any conditions to the guarantee?+
Our guarantee covers normal cleaning and restoration work. It doesn't apply to customer-requested changes or modifications not included in the original scope of work.
How quickly can you return to fix an issue?+
We aim to return within 3–5 business days. For urgent issues, we'll prioritise your callback and arrange a faster return visit if possible.
